Redesign a classic surf shop's outdated website by conducting an audit, running usability tests, and creating a prototype for a seamless wetsuit purchase experience.
This project held a special place in my heart, as Bunger Surf Shop is not only one of the oldest surf shops in the country but also the one I frequented during my surfing journey. Despite the shop's legendary status, its website fell short of its potential. To address this, I undertook a conceptual redesign that enhanced the navigation and streamlined the checkout process, elevating the online experience to match the shop's iconic reputation.

Research climbers' needs to plan trips and source equipment, ideate solutions, and design a high-fidelity prototype for a mobile guidebook that facilitates trip planning and equipment selection.
As a rock climber for the last 30 years, I was stoked to take on the task of designing a climbing app for REI.
